Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GamePlayTracker Pro (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GamePlayTracker Pro is a personal board game collection manager. You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The App is available for free with a limit of 100 games. No payment information is required for the free tier.
Pro features require a paid subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless cancelled. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.
We may change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified in advance of any price change, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or to Google Play support. We do not process refunds directly.
All data you enter into the App — game titles, images, notes, play records — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring any images you add comply with applicable copyright law.
Your game collection data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to use the optional Dropbox cloud backup feature, your data is stored in your personal Dropbox account. We do not store your collection data on our servers.
The App integrates with third-party services including BoardGameGeek, RevenueCat, and Dropbox. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and all original content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GamePlayTracker Pro and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
