Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Tomato Trump Smash does not require an account, login, or any personal details to use.
The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us:
- Your total tomato hit count
- Unlocked achievements and achievement stats
- Daily streak and session data
- Mute preference
This data can be deleted at any time by using the "Reset All Progress" option in the app, or by uninstalling the app.
Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect data independently under their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for how these services handle your data.
Google AdMob — used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising on iOS).
RevenueCat — used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts to verify and manage your subscription status. No personal profile is created.
OpenRouter / AI Quote Generation — when you throw a tomato, a request is sent to an AI service to generate a humorous quote. This request contains only a randomly selected topic string and no personal information.
Advertising
The free version of the app displays banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalised based on your device's advertising identifier. To opt out of personalised advertising, go to your device Settings and disable personalised ads.
Upgrading to a premium subscription removes ads entirely.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your Apple ID settings.
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for users aged 17 and older due to its satirical political content. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, please contact us and we will take immediate action.
Data Retention
Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no user data for us to retain or delete. All locally stored game data can be removed by resetting progress in the app or uninstalling it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
